Excellent service to fix a leaking washing machine.

The engineer who attended my call-out for a non draining integrated dishwasher was friendly and efficient. He (Christopher). quickly diagnosed the problem and cleared a blockage which gave me an immediate short term fix. He recommended a replacement part which he came back to fix a few days later. As well as fixing the issue, he explained the reason for the problem and advised on ways to reduce the likelihood of it happening again. All-in-all a first class service.
